Long Term Trial
Длительное исследование
Исследование, в котором пациенты наблюдаются в течение продолжительного времени. Может быть связано с длительным лечением хронического состояния (например, гипертонической болезни) и включать оценку эффективности и безопасности лекарственной терапии в течение длительного времени. В другом случае это может быть продолжительное наблюдение за пациентами после какого-нибудь события (например, с рецидивами ракового заболевания после успешной химиотерапии) или после хирургической процедуры (например, выживаемость после пересадки сердца).
